The Cocoon Air Cleaner won the US Environmental Protection Agency’s 2024 national challenge to design affordable air cleaners to remove indoor wildfire smoke. It beat over 120 competing designs.

The Cocoon Air Cleaner

The new design includes:

  • A removable fan for daily air circulation
  • A washable filter bag made of cotton quilting fabric
  • An attractive lamp to suspend the filter bag above the fan
  • A smart light bulb with remote color and brightness control – even a rotating disco ball!

  • Pre-Order Charge

    You will be charged by Shopify only when the product ships. You do not have to pay now. The 25% discount will be applied to the payment.

  • Warranty

    The Cocoon Air Cleaner has a one-year warranty on the fan, lamp and filter bag.  When used regularly the filter bag will become clogged with particles and lose its effectiveness.  It can be washed by hand, hung up to dry, and re-used up to 10 times.   Before filing a warranty claim for the filter, please wash and dry it carefully and use it again.
